Beginning her professional odyssey as the co-founder of Teysha, a socially responsible and sustainable enterprise, she has navigated her way to becoming the Co-founder and President of Shepard Collective, her strategic consulting firm. Her career trajectory is studded with instrumental roles and significant accomplishments, including her time at Bumble, where she was the fourth employee. Starting in her college years, she showcased her inherent entrepreneurial leanings. She co-established Teysha, a company founded on social accountability and ecological sustainability pillars. This venture worked collaboratively with local artisans in Latin America, uplifting their communities via business growth and poverty alleviation through microloans. After making her mark with Teysha, she transitioned to a pivotal role at Bumble, a fledgling dating application. Initially serving as the Director of Marketing, she ascended to Head of Growth and Innovation. 

She propelled Bumble's diverse strategies, encompassing everything from social media and product development to digital marketing, SEO/ASO, and data analytics. Her inspired leadership was not just confined to growth; she also initiated Bumble merchandise, channeling all the proceeds to The Whole Planet Foundation. Her next career move was to Argo, a platform devoted to short films, where she again donned the Head of Growth and Innovation hat. In a partnership with Chelsea Maclin, she eventually co-founded Shepard Collective, her current consulting firm, continuing to showcase her unparalleled business acumen and multifaceted entrepreneurial skills. Tessa supplemented her professional and animal welfare pursuits by extending her philanthropic reach into various charitable endeavors. One noteworthy association is with Be The Match, an organization she actively endorses through her social media channels. This extension of her persona into charitable actions encapsulates her deeply rooted commitment to societal well-being and showcases her unwavering sense of social responsibility.
